Job Summary:
The Burgundy Inn is seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Night Auditor. As a Night Auditor, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the hotel during the overnight hours. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a passion for hospitality and guest services.

Duties:
- Perform night audit procedures, including balancing and closing out daily transactions
- Verify the accuracy of guest accounts and resolve any discrepancies
- Prepare and distribute daily reports to management
- Assist guests with check-in and check-out processes
- Provide exceptional customer service to all guests, addressing their inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally
- Handle guest requests, such as room changes or additional amenities
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
- Collaborate with other hotel staff to ensure a seamless guest experience

Requirements:
- Previous experience in guest relations, guest services, or hospitality is preferred
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations calmly and effectively
- Knowledge of night audit procedures is an asset
- Familiarity with front desk operations and hotel management systems
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Multilingual abilities are a plus
- Proficient in using phone systems and other office equipment
